I believe that with hard work, discipline, consistency, and patience anything is possible. Those 4 qualities are what you need when teaming up with me to reach your fitness goals, and I promise if you have them, we will achieve whatever goal you have in mind. I'm sure if your goal is weight loss you've tried a bunch of Fad diets or an "abs in 30 days" type program. These are not effective nor sustainable methods of reaching your goals. Having a diet that allows you to still enjoy foods you love or have fun on the weekends is important and will allow you to have not just a diet but a lifestyle that will give you the body you want and still do all of the things that you love. On the other hand, for those that are looking to get into more of a bodybuilding lifestyle we can create a stricter, diet and training program that will help you to either pack on muscle with minimal to no fat or cut down to a low BF% while maintain your hard-earned muscle. Whatever your goal is we will reach it, and, in the process, I want to pass along my knowledge to you. Finally, a major aspect to anything with diet is gut health and metabolism. These will be two focus points in my diets as well because they are essential to a healthy life style.
